The brief

Visitors are a new, unsigned indie-electro pop band. They approached us to write and implement a digital strategy which would help them raise awareness of their music.


The solution

We wrote and implemented a comprehensive strategy which included an audit, competitive analysis and full plan.

We provided planning, concept development, design and build of Visitors website which was launched in two stages. Firstly a simplistic site that had a viral feel and introduced the band and their music. The second iteration had a more polished but still simplistic feel with more content. Key information like gig dates, the current single release and social media presence was incorporated into the homepage. We ensured their branding was prominent as Visitors aimed to make their name and become known.

We targeted the social media sites that were relevant for the band’s profile. We set up and branded these sites and posted interactive content to generate conversation. We also spent time working with the band members to train them in best practise for creating good social media content.

We recommended new photos for the band so that we had strong visuals to send out to bloggers and online press. We directed the photoshoot and provided photo approval alongside Visitors’ management.

Finally we provided digital PR, targeting key press and blogs with Visitors music.
